Stipend / वेतन
Apprentices will receive stipend payments according to the rates prescribed in the Apprenticeship Act of 1961. These payments help trainees support themselves during the apprenticeship period.

- Selection will be purely merit-based.
- Merit will be calculated by giving 70% weightage to High School marks and 30% weightage to ITI or Vocational trade marks.
- CGPA results will be converted into percentages as per official formula and no rounding off is allowed.

- Reservation norms for SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/EWS/PWD and HAL employee wards will be followed as per Government of India and HAL guidelines.
