Educational Qualification | शैक्षणिक योग्यता
- Graduate in Mining, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Mineral Processing, Metallurgy Engineering with a good academic record.
माइनिंग, मैकेनिकल, इलेक्ट्रिकल, सिविल, माइनरल प्रोसेसिंग, मेटालर्जी इंजीनियरिंग में स्नातक उत्तीर्ण। - MBA or Post Graduate Diploma in Management is an added advantage.
MBA या प्रबंधन में पोस्ट ग्रेजुएट डिप्लोमा लाभकारी होगा। - Post Graduate in Geology, Applied Geology or M.Tech in Mineral Exploration for Director (Exploration) post.
भूविज्ञान, एप्लाइड भूविज्ञान या माइनरल एक्सप्लोरेशन में एम.टेक./स्नातकोत्तर होना चाहिए।
Experience | अनुभव
Candidates must have at least 25 years of post-qualification experience in relevant fields such as project planning, management, sustainable development, preferably in metal mining or mineral sector. At least 3 years should be at a senior managerial level, two levels below Board of Directors.
उम्मीदवार के पास संबंधित क्षेत्र में न्यूनतम 25 वर्षों का अनुभव होना चाहिए, जिसमें 3 वर्ष वरिष्ठ प्रबंधन स्तर पर (बोर्ड से दो स्तर नीचे) हो। खासतौर पर मेटल माइनिंग या खनन क्षेत्र का अनुभव आवश्यक है।
Salary & Benefits | वेतन और लाभ
The selected candidates will be paid a scale of ₹1,35,100 to ₹2,16,800 (Level E-8). Initial Basic Pay is ₹1,81,600 plus DA, HRA, medical allowance, and other perks as per OMC rules. Pay protection will be allowed if coming from Central/State Government or PSU.
चयनित उम्मीदवारों को ₹1,35,100 से ₹2,16,800 के वेतनमान पर वेतन मिलेगा। प्रारंभिक मूल वेतन ₹1,81,600 है साथ ही DA, HRA, मेडिकल भत्ता एवं अन्य लाभ भी दिए जाएंगे। यदि उम्मीदवार पहले से सरकारी सेवा या PSU मे हैं तो वेतन संरक्षण लागू होगा।

Selection Process | चयन प्रक्रिया
The recruitment will be based on an interview conducted by the Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB). Candidates qualifying in the document verification will be called for the interview.
