Eligibility and Important Criteria / पात्रता और महत्वपूर्ण जानकारी
Educational Qualification / शैक्षिक योग्यता
- M.A in Hindi or B.A in Hindi from a recognized university. उम्मीदवार को हिंदी में M.A या B.A डिग्री धारक होना चाहिए।
- Qualification must be through full-time regular course; part-time or correspondence are not allowed. योग्यता नियमित पूर्णकालिक पाठ्यक्रम से होनी चाहिए।
- Preference will be given to those possessing both M.A and B.A in Hindi. दोनों डिग्री धारकों को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी।
Age Limit / आयु सीमा
Candidates must be between 18 to 35 years as of 1st December 2025. आयु सीमा 1 दिसंबर 2025 को 18 से 35 वर्ष के बीच होनी चाहिए। आयु में विशेष वर्गों के लिए छूट उपलब्ध है:
- SC/ST – 5 years छूट
- OBC (NCL) – 3 years छूट
- PwBD – 10 years छूट
Salary / वेतन
Selected candidates will receive a consolidated monthly salary of ₹25,000 with an annual increment of 3%. चयनित उम्मीदवारों को मासिक ₹25,000 वेतन मिलेगा, जिसमें हर वर्ष 3% वृद्धि होगी। वेतन के साथ ईएसआई, पीएफ, टीए/डीए जैसे भत्ते कंपनी नियमों के अनुसार मिलेंगे।
Job Tenure and Location / नौकरी की अवधि और स्थान
The appointment is purely on a contract basis for two years, which can be renewed twice further for one year each. कार्यकाल अनुबंध आधारित होगा, जिसकी अवधि दो वर्ष है और आवश्यकता अनुसार दो बार एक-एक वर्ष के लिए बढ़ाई जा सकती है।
Candidates must have domicile of Kerala as recruitment is state-wide. उम्मीदवार का केरल का निवास प्रमाणपत्र आवश्यक है।
Selection Process / चयन प्रक्रिया
Selection will be based mainly on a practical test conducted by FACT to evaluate the candidate's proficiency in Hindi. Only those who pass the test will be considered for empanelment.
चयन प्रक्रिया में मुख्य रूप से एक प्रायोगिक परीक्षा होगी, जिसमें भाषा दक्षता की जांच होगी। जो परीक्षार्थी सफल होंगे, वे उम्मीदवार सूची में शामिल किए जाएंगे।
Shortlisting may also depend on qualification possession (both M.A and B.A), earlier year of passing, and date of birth.
