Eligibility Criteria - योग्यता मानदंड
1. Young Professional (Graphic Design)
- Essential: Graduate in Journalism & Mass Communication, Media Science, or Bachelor in Fine Arts / Visual Arts / Commercial Arts.
- Desirable: Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation; Skilled in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, Figma.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in graphic designing for print and social media platforms.
ग्राफिक डिजाइन के लिए आवश्यकताएँ:
पत्रकारिता और जनसंचार, मीडिया विज्ञान या फाइन आर्ट्स में स्नातक। ग्राफिक डिजाइन, मल्टीमीडिया में डिप्लोमा व अनुभव। एडोब और कोरलड्रॉ जैसे सॉफ्टवेयर का ज्ञान। कम से कम 2 वर्ष का अनुभव।
2. Young Professional (Videography cum Video Editing)
- Essential: Graduate in Journalism & Mass Communication or Graduation with relevant Certificate/Diploma in Video Editing.
- Desirable: Certificate/Diploma in Video Editing; Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Da Vinci Resolve, After Effects.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in video editing for documentaries, promos, reels, and social media.
विडियोग्राफी एवं वीडियो एडिटिंग के लिए आवश्यकताएँ:
पत्रकारिता अथवा जनसंचार में स्नातक, वीडियो एडिटिंग में प्रमाणपत्र/डिप्लोमा, एडिटिंग सॉफ्टवेयर में दक्षता। कम से कम 2 साल का अनुभव।
3. Young Professional (Social Media Strategist)
- Essential: Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, Digital Media, or Public Relations.
- Desirable: Diploma in Digital Marketing, knowledge of content creation, copywriting, basic graphic tools like Canva or Photoshop.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years managing professional social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (X), YouTube.
सोशल मीडिया स्ट्रेटेजिस्ट के लिए आवश्यकताएँ:

Salary & Contract Details - वेतन एवं अनुबंध विवरण
Selected candidates will receive a consolidated salary of ₹35,000 per month. The initial contract tenure is 12 months, which may be extended for an additional year depending on performance and organizational requirements. Candidates are entitled to 8 days of casual leave annually.
चयनित उम्मीदवारों को मासिक ₹35,000 का संयोजित वेतन मिलेगा। प्रारंभिक अनुबंध अवधि 12 महीने की होगी, जिसे प्रदर्शन के आधार पर एक वर्ष के लिए बढ़ाया जा सकता है। वार्षिक 8 दिनों की कैजुअल लीव भी मिलेगी।
