Eligibility Criteria / पात्रता मानदंड
- Chief LADC: Minimum 10 years of practice in Session Court mandatory.
मुख्य पद के लिए सेशन कोर्ट में न्यूनतम 10 वर्षों का अनुभव अनिवार्य। - Deputy Chief LADC: Minimum 7 years of practice in Session Court mandatory.
उप मुख्य पद के लिए सेशन कोर्ट में न्यूनतम 7 वर्षों का अनुभव अनिवार्य। - Assistant LADC: 0 to 3 years of practice at Judicial Magistrate level court mandatory.
सहायक पद के लिए न्यायिक मजिस्ट्रेट स्तर के न्यायालय में 0 से 3 वर्षों का अनुभव अनिवार्य। - Desirable: LL.M., Ph.D. in Law, knowledge of IT and legal software tools.
एलएलएम, विधि में पीएचडी, आईटी और कानूनी सॉफ़्टवेयर ज्ञान होना वांछनीय।
Salary / वेतन
- Chief Legal Aid Defense Counsel: Rs. 65,000/- per month (Honorarium)
- Deputy Chief Legal Aid Defense Counsel: Rs. 45,000/- per month (Honorarium)
- Assistant Legal Aid Defense Counsel: Rs. 25,000/- per month (Honorarium)
- Selected advocates are prohibited from private practice during contract period.

Selection Process / चयन प्रक्रिया
The selection will be based on merit including knowledge, skills, and experience. A Screening Committee will verify applications, rejecting incomplete or false forms. Eligible candidates will be called for interview before the committee chaired by the Principal District & Sessions Judge. Final appointment is subject to approval by Executive Chairman, MPSLSA, Jabalpur.
चयन प्रक्रिया मेरिट आधारित होगी जिसमें ज्ञान, कौशल और अनुभव को ध्यान में रखा जाएगा। आवेदनों की जाँच स्पष्टीकरण समिति द्वारा की जाएगी। योग्य अभ्यर्थियों को साक्षात्कार के लिए बुलाया जाएगा। अंतिम नियुक्ति एमपीएसएलएसए जबलपुर के कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष की स्वीकृति पर निर्भर है।
General Instructions / सामान्य निर्देश
- Contractual engagement initially for 2 years, extendable yearly based on performance.
- Number of posts may increase or decrease as per requirements.
- No private practice or retainership allowed during contract.
- Leave: Chief & Deputy LADC - 15 days/year, Assistant LADC - 12 days/year (pro-rata).
- Performance assessed every 6 months.
