Eligibility Criteria / योग्यता मानदंड
- Educational Qualification: Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) from a recognized university. Alternatively, Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) with approximately 2 years' experience as Junior Pharmacist or equivalent in government or reputed institutions.

Salary Details / वेतन विवरण
Selected candidates will initially get a fixed salary of Rs. 40,800 per month for the first five years. After successful completion of five years, the pay scale will shift to Rs. 29,200 to Rs. 92,300 (Level 5) as per the 7th Pay Commission and applicable government resolutions.

Selection Process / चयन प्रक्रिया
The selection for GSSSB Junior Pharmacist Class-III will be based on a single-stage competitive examination comprising objective type questions (MCQ), conducted in Computer Based Recruitment Test (CBRT) or OMR sheet mode. The exam has two parts:
GSSSB जूनियर फार्मासिस्ट (क्लास-III) चयन एक ही चरण की प्रतियोगी परीक्षा के माध्यम से होगा, जिसमें कार्यालयिक प्रश्न होंगे। परीक्षा कंप्यूटर आधारित या OMR मोड में आयोजित होगी। परीक्षा दो भागों में होगी:
- Part-A (60 Marks): Mental Ability Test & Data Interpretation (30 marks), Quantitative Aptitude (30 marks).
भाग-ए (60 अंक): मानसिक क्षमता परीक्षण और डेटा व्याख्या (30 अंक), गणितीय योग्यता (30 अंक)। - Part-B (150 Marks): Constitution of India, Current Affairs, Gujarati & English Comprehension (30 marks), and Subject-related questions (120 marks).
भाग-बी (150 अंक): भारत का संविधान, समसामयिक विषय, गुजराती एवं अंग्रेजी समझ (30 अंक), विषय संबंधित प्रश्न (120 अंक)।
Total questions: 210; Total duration: 3 hours (180 minutes). Negative marking of 0.25 marks will apply for each wrong answer.
