Eligibility Criteria / पात्रता मानदंड
- Must have passed ANM course from an INC recognized institute and registered with West Bengal Nursing Council.
(पश्चिम बंगाल नर्सिंग काउंसिल में पंजीकृत INC मान्यता प्राप्त संस्थान से ANM कोर्स उत्तीर्ण होना आवश्यक) - OR Must have passed GNM course from an INC recognized institute and registered with West Bengal Nursing Council.
(या पश्चिम बंगाल नर्सिंग काउंसिल में पंजीकृत INC मान्यता प्राप्त संस्थान से GNM कोर्स उत्तीर्ण होना आवश्यक) - Proficiency in Bengali language (read, write, speak) is mandatory.
(बंगाली भाषा में पढ़ने, लिखने और बोलने में दक्षता अनिवार्य है) - Applicant must be permanent resident of Purba Bardhaman district.

Salary & Benefits / वेतन और लाभ
Selected candidates will receive a consolidated remuneration of ₹13,000 per month. This is a contractual post valid up to March 2026, with possible renewal based on performance.
चयनित उम्मीदवारों को ₹13,000 प्रति माह का संविदात्मक वेतन मिलेगा। यह पद मार्च 2026 तक का है, प्रदर्शन के आधार पर नवीनीकरण हो सकता है।

Selection Process / चयन प्रक्रिया
The selection will be based on the percentage of marks obtained in the ANM or GNM examination (excluding additional subjects). The marks will be considered up to two decimal places without rounding off. Only female candidates will be considered.
चयन ANM या GNM परीक्षा में प्राप्त अंकों के प्रतिशत के आधार पर होगा (अतिरिक्त विषयों को छोड़कर)। केवल महिलाओं को ही मौका दिया जाएगा।
