Eligibility Criteria / पात्रता मानदंड
- Staff Nurse: GNM or B.Sc Nursing from recognized institute with registration under West Bengal Nursing Council. Local language proficiency required.
- Laboratory Technician: 10+2 (with PCB/PCM), Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) from recognized AICTE/State Medical Faculty. Basic computer skills needed.
- Pharmacist: Two-year D Pharma (Allopathic) diploma recognized by Govt. of WB, registered 'A' category pharmacist under West Bengal Pharmacy Council. Knowledge of Bengali and computer efficiency necessary.
- Community Health Assistant - Urban: ANM/GNM from recognized institute and registered with West Bengal Nursing Council. Must be West Bengal resident with local language skills.
Salary Details / वेतन संरचना
- Staff Nurse: ₹25,000/- per month
- Laboratory Technician: ₹22,000/- per month
- Pharmacist: ₹22,000/- per month
- Community Health Assistant - Urban: ₹13,000/- per month
Age Limit (as on 01-01-2025) / आयु सीमा (01-01-2025 के अनुसार)
- Staff Nurse: Up to 64 years
- Others (Lab Technician, Pharmacist, CHA - Urban): 18 to 40 years
- Age relaxation applicable as per government rules.

Selection Process / चयन प्रक्रिया
Selection will be based on academic performance and computer test (where applicable). Details per post:
- Staff Nurse: Total 100 marks – Proportionate based on GNM/B.Sc Nursing marks
- Laboratory Technician: Total 100 marks – 85 marks academic + 15 marks computer test
- Pharmacist: Total 100 marks – 85 marks academic + 15 marks computer test (minimum 50% qualifying marks)
- Community Health Assistant - Urban: Total 100 marks – Proportionate on ANM/GNM marks
- If a tie occurs in marks, seniority by age will be considered.
