Eligibility Criteria for IIT Guwahati MTech Rural Technology
The candidate must hold a four-year Bachelor's degree (B.Tech. / B.Sc. Engg. / M.Sc. or equivalent) in a relevant discipline with a minimum 6.0 CPI on a 10-point scale or 60% aggregate marks. They should also have a valid GATE score. Relaxation of 0.5 CPI (or 5% marks) is given to SC/ST/PwD candidates.
