1. Finance Officer / वित्त अधिकारी
- Master's Degree with 55% marks or equivalent.
- 15 years experience as Assistant Professor or equivalent with educational administration experience.
- 15 years administrative experience including 8 years as Deputy Registrar or equivalent.
2. Controller of Examinations / परीक्षा नियंत्रक
- Master's Degree with 55% marks or equivalent.
- Similar experience as Finance Officer.
3. Deputy Librarian / डिप्टी लाइब्रेरियन
- Master's Degree in Library/Information Science with 55% marks.
- 08 years as Assistant University/College Librarian.
- Ph.D. in Library Science or related field preferred.
4. Internal Audit Officer / आंतरिक लेखा अधिकारी
- Officers from Audit and Accounts Services with requisite Government experience.
- Level 11 or 10 service with 3-5 years in audit/account area.
5. Executive Engineer (Civil) / कार्यकारी अभियंता (सिविल)
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, First Class.
- 8 years as Assistant Engineer or equivalent in CPWD/State Govt. or reputed organizations.
6. Private Secretary / निजी सचिव
- Bachelor's Degree from recognized university.
- 3 years as Personal Assistant or 5 years as Stenographer in Govt./University.
- Stenography speed: 120 wpm (English) or 100 wpm (Hindi).
- Typing speed: 35 wpm (English) or 30 wpm (Hindi).
- Computer knowledge required.
7. Personal Assistant / पर्सनल असिस्टेंट
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Stenography speed 100 wpm and typing speed 35/30 wpm (English/Hindi).

8. Laboratory Assistant / प्रयोगशाला सहायक
- Bachelor's degree with 2 years lab electronics/instrumentation maintenance experience.

Selection Process / चयन प्रक्रिया
For Group B and C posts, selection will be through a two-stage written exam:
1. Objective Type Test (Paper I) – 100 marks (minimum qualifying 40%)
2. Descriptive Test (Paper II) – 100 marks (minimum qualifying 50%)
Candidates clearing Paper I are eligible for Paper II evaluation. Those clearing Paper II and minimum marks in skill test (where applicable) will be shortlisted for the interview.
For some technical or specialized posts, the university may conduct a single descriptive test plus a skill test.
The merit list will be prepared based on performance in written tests and interview (where applicable).
General Instructions / सामान्य निर्देश
- All appointments are governed by the New Pension System (NPS).
- Age of superannuation is 62 years for Finance Officer, Controller, Deputy Librarian; and 60 years for others.
- Candidates currently employed must apply through proper channel with vigilance clearance.
- Deputation posts are initially for two years, extendable on performance.
- Verification of documents will be done and any discrepancy may lead to disqualification.
- OBC reservation is provisional and subject to proper certificate verification.
- Caste certificates must adhere to Government of India prescribed formats.
- Candidates must bring original documents during the selection process.
- No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview, except for eligible SC/ST/PWD candidates not in government jobs.
