Salary and Benefits

The remuneration for the post is based on the 7th CPC pay matrix as per Railway Board guidelines. Officers will receive parent pay plus deputation allowance and other admissible perks. Level-13 pay is applicable for IRSEE officers with 18 years' experience and Level-14 for others, ensuring a competitive salary in line with seniority and responsibilities.

Selection Process

Selection will be conducted based on a comprehensive evaluation totaling 100 points, including:
- Educational Qualifications (15 points)
- Vigilance/DAR clearance history (10 points)
- Performance in service/APAR for last 5 years (25 points)
- Performance in Interview on domain knowledge, managerial competency etc. (50 points)
Candidates securing at least 60% in aggregate will qualify for merit-based selection.
