Selected candidates will be placed on the Industrial Dearness Allowance (IDA) pay scale of Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 1,40,000 (E1 grade) with a starting basic pay of Rs. 40,000/- per month. Along with the pay, other allowances like DA, perks, terminal benefits are applicable as per NTPC rules.
