NIT Rourkela has announced a single vacancy for the post of Junior Research Fellow to work on a specialized project related to the design and development of indigenous imaging RADAR systems.

Eligibility Criteria / पात्रता मापदंड
- Qualification / योग्यता: M.Tech/M.E. in relevant fields with specialization in signal processing, image processing, communication, microwave, radar or equivalent with a minimum of 60% marks.
Or B.Tech/B.E. with at least 65% marks and qualified GATE exam.
M.Tech/M.E. इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स, कम्युनिकेशन, इलेक्ट्रिकल, कंप्यूटर साइंस, इंस्ट्रूमेंटेशन, माइनिंग या इसी तरह के विषय में 60% या अधिक अंक।
या बी.टेक/बी.ई. में 65% अंक के साथ GATE परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण। - Desirable / वांछनीय: Experience in signal/image processing, radar data handling or electronics system in mining applications will be preferred but is not mandatory.
- Age Limit / आयु सीमा: Maximum 32 years as on last application date. Age relaxation applies as per government norms for SC/ST/OBC/PWD/Female candidates.
Salary/Stipend / वेतन
The selected Junior Research Fellow will receive the following stipend:
Year 1 & 2: ₹37,000 per month + HRA (if applicable)
Year 3: ₹42,000 per month + HRA (if applicable)
