Eligibility Criteria / पात्रता मानदंड
Educational Qualification:
• Research Fellow: Applicant must hold a Post Graduate Degree in Law (LLM or equivalent) from a recognized university approved by the Bar Council of India.
• Research Assistant: Applicant should have a Graduate Degree in Law (LLB or equivalent) recognized by Bar Council of India.
Additional Requirements:
• Applicants should not be currently pursuing any full-time courses.
• Proficiency in computer use and online legal research platforms is mandatory.
