Eligibility Criteria / पात्रता मानदंड
Candidates must fulfill the prescribed qualifications and experience as per respective posts. Key educational qualifications include graduation or post-graduation with related diplomas and industrial experience in footwear design, textile engineering, industrial engineering, or garment construction.

- Junior Lab Assistant (New Product Development Footwear): Minimum 8th Pass, preferably 10th Pass with 6 months certificate in footwear manufacturing.
- Junior Lab Instructor (Upper Knitting Non Leather Footwear): Diploma in Textile Engineering or Textile Design with at least 60% marks.
- Junior Lab Assistant (Pattern Making & Garment Construction): Minimum 8th Pass, preferably 10th Pass.
- Junior Faculty (New Product Development): Bachelor's/Master's Degree with minimum 55% marks plus diploma in specialized footwear/fashion design or related fields.
- Junior Faculty (Manufacturing Excellence): B.Tech/B.E or M.Tech/M.E in Industrial/Mechanical/Production Engineering with at least 55% marks.
Experience Requirements / अनुभव
Experience varies by post and includes academic or industrial practice in footwear designing, knitting operations, production technology, or teaching roles related to the course.
- Junior Lab Assistant – 1+ year experience in footwear designing or related industrial work.
- Junior Lab Instructor – Minimum 3 years industrial experience in upper knitting operation, injection molded footwear production preferred.
- Junior Faculty – At least 3 years of academic or industry experience in design or production fields.

- Junior Faculty: ₹50,000 per month
- Academic Support Staff (Lab Assistant etc.): ₹30,000 per month
- Part month engagements will be paid on pro-rata basis (assuming 30 days per month).
