- Essential Qualification: Master's degree in Hindi with English as a compulsory/optional subject at graduation level or equivalent.
- 3 years relevant experience in terminology (translation technical/scientific documents), teaching, or research in Hindi/English at Govt departments or recognized institutes.
- Desirable: Experience in conducting Hindi workshops and administrative duties.
- Age Limit: Up to 35 years (relaxation as per government rules).

2. Multi Tasking Staff (Post Code - B)
मल्टी टास्किंग स्टाफ (कोड - B)
- Essential Qualification: Matriculation (10th) pass or ITI pass.
- Desirable: Intermediate (12th) pass.
- Job includes office maintenance, file handling, distribution, equipment operation, assistance in meetings, and other non-technical office tasks.
- Age Limit: Up to 25 years (relaxation applicable).

Hindi Officer: Pay Level-10 (₹56,100 – ₹1,77,500), approx. ₹97,452/- gross monthly.

Multi Tasking Staff: Pay Level-1 (₹18,000 – ₹56,900), approx. ₹35,393/- gross monthly.

Age Relaxation Details
आयु सीमा में छूट
- SC/ST Candidates: 5 years
- OBC Candidates: 3 years
- Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD): 10-15 years depending on category
- Ex-Servicemen: Applicable as per rules
- Women candidates & govt employees have additional relaxations

Selection Process
चयन प्रक्रिया
Hindi Officer (Post Code - A)
- Written Test (Objective type) – 300 marks, 2 hours, Hindi medium.
- Interview – 100 marks, combined weightage 75:25.
- Written syllabus includes Official Language Policy, Hindi Literature, Translation, IT Tools in Hindi, and General Knowledge related to Hindi.
Multi Tasking Staff (Post Code - B)
- Preliminary Trade Test (qualifying)
- Competitive Written Exam (CWE) – Objective, 450 marks, bilingual (except English section), 2 hours.
- Syllabus: General Intelligence & Reasoning, Numerical Aptitude, General Awareness, English Language.
- Final Merit List based on written exam marks.
