The prestigious Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC) has announced recruitment for Nurse posts in 2026. This opportunity is inviting candidates with a 12th standard qualification and Nursing Diploma or B.Sc. Nursing to participate in a walk-in interview. A total of 12 vacancies are available. Eligible candidates should be below 50 years of age as on the interview date. The selection will be held through a walk-in mode on 27th January 2026 at BARC Hospital, Anushaktinagar, Mumbai.

Eligibility Criteria / योग्यता विवरण
- 12th Standard with Diploma in Nursing & Midwifery (3 years) and Registration as 'A' Grade Nurse from Maharashtra Nursing Council. OR
- B.Sc. Nursing degree with Registration from Maharashtra Nursing Council. OR
- Nursing "A" Certificate with 3 years of hospital experience or Nursing Assistant Class III & above from Armed Forces.
- Basic computer knowledge is mandatory for maintaining patient records digitally.
- Candidates with ICCU/Operation Theatre experience will be given preference.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a recognized hospital required.
12वीं पास के साथ नर्सिंग और मेडवाइफरी में 3 साल का डिप्लोमा एवं महाराष्ट्र नर्सिंग काउंसिल से 'A' ग्रेड नर्स पंजीकरण आवश्यक है। या बी.एससी नर्सिंग डिग्री के साथ पंजीकरण। या हॉस्पिटल में 3 साल का अनुभव रखने वाले नर्सिंग "ए" सर्टिफिकेट या आर्म्ड फोर्सेज के Nursing Assistant Class III के ऊपर का पद। बेसिक कंप्यूटर ज्ञान आवश्यक है। ICCU/ऑपरेशन थियेटर अनुभव वाले उम्मीदवारों को वरीयता दी जाएगी। न्यूनतम 1 वर्ष का मान्यता प्राप्त हॉस्पिटल में कार्य अनुभव आवश्यक है।
Salary / वेतन
Candidates selected for the post of Nurse will receive consolidated pay of Rs. 24,234/- plus Dearness Allowance @246% (pre-revised). Approximate net salary in hand will be around Rs. 55,000/-.
नर्स पद के लिए चयनित उम्मीदवारों को समेकित वेतन रु. 24,234/- प्लस महंगाई भत्ता @246% (पूर्व संशोधित) दिया जाएगा। अनुमानित वेतन हाथ में लगभग रु. 55,000/- होगा।

The recruitment will be done through a direct walk-in interview. Candidates must bring all original certificates and one set of attested photocopies including 12th, diploma/degree, registration, and experience certificates.

Candidates interested must directly reach the venue with all required documents before 10:00 AM on the interview day. No candidate will be allowed after 10:00 AM.
