Eligibility Criteria / पात्रता मानदंड
- Qualification / योग्यता: डेंटल/नर्सिंग में स्नातक या जीवन विज्ञान/अर्थशास्त्र में मास्टर्स या MPH/CHA/PSM के साथ सामाजिक विज्ञान में स्नातक या किसी भी विषय में MBA (HR/Healthcare)।
Graduation in Dental/Nursing or Master's in Life Science/Economics or Graduation in Social Science with MPH/CHA/PSM or Graduation in any discipline with MBA in HR/Healthcare. - Experience / अनुभव: संबद्ध योग्यता के बाद 2 वर्ष का स्वास्थ्य कार्यक्रम प्रबंधन में अनुभव आवश्यक है। इसमें बीमारी सर्विलांस, समुदाय संलग्नता, IEC-BCC गतिविधियाँ, गुणवत्ता नियंत्रण, निगरानी एवं मूल्यांकन शामिल हैं।
Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in health programme management covering disease surveillance, community mobilization, IEC-BCC activities, quality control, monitoring and evaluation. - Other Requirements / अन्य आवश्यकताएँ: कम्प्यूटर में दक्षता (MS Office, इंटरनेट), पश्चिम बंगाल का स्थायी निवासी और स्थानीय भाषा का ज्ञान अनिवार्य।
Competence in computers including MS Office and internet; permanent resident of West Bengal with knowledge of local languages mandatory.
Salary / वेतन
मासिक वेतन ₹35,000/- है। वेतन वृद्धि NHM के नियमों के अनुसार होगी।
The monthly remuneration is ₹35,000/-. Increment as per National Health Mission (NHM) guidelines.
Age Limit / आयु सीमा
- न्यूनतम आयु – 21 वर्ष (01 जनवरी 2025 को)
Minimum Age – 21 years (as on 01-Jan-2025) - अधिकतम आयु – 40 वर्ष (01 जनवरी 2025 को)
Maximum Age – 40 years (as on 01-Jan-2025) - सरकारी नियमों के अनुसार आरक्षित वर्गों के लिए आयु सीमा में छूट। मौजूदा कर्मचारी को 5 वर्ष की अतिरिक्त छूट।
Age relaxation applicable as per government rules. Existing employees get 5 years relaxation.

Selection Process / चयन प्रक्रिया
चयन योग्यता और अनुभव के आधार पर शॉर्टलिस्टिंग, उसके बाद कंप्यूटर टेस्ट, जिसमें कम से कम 50% अंक आवश्यक होंगे। अंतिम चयन योग्यता, अनुभव तथा कंप्यूटर टेस्ट के अंक के कुल योग के आधार पर होगा।
Candidates will be shortlisted based on educational qualifications and experience. Shortlisted candidates must pass a computer test with at least 50% marks. Final selection will be based on combined scoring of qualification, experience and test marks (total 100 marks).

- यह संविदा आधारित नियुक्ति है, राष्ट्रीय शहरी स्वास्थ्य मिशन (NUHM) के तहत।
Contractual basis under National Urban Health Mission (NUHM). - पदस्थापन पश्चिम बंगाल के किसी भी नगरपालिका/नगर निगम में हो सकता है।
Posting location can be any Municipality/Municipal Corporation of West Bengal. - केवल ऑनलाइन आवेदन स्वीकार किए जाएंगे। अधूरा आवेदन निरस्त होगा।
