उम्मीदवारों का चयन योग्यता के आधार पर और इसके पश्चात एक चयन परीक्षा के माध्यम से किया जाएगा जिसमें लिखित परीक्षा, कौशल परीक्षा (शीक्षा प्रदर्शन), तथा साक्षात्कार शामिल हो सकते हैं।
