Eligibility Criteria (योग्यता शर्तें)
- Educational Qualification: Minimum Graduation from a recognized university.
मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से न्यूनतम स्नातक। - Experience: Must have retired from RCFL as Chief Manager rank or above, specifically from Corporate Communication/Public Relation Department.
सीआरएफएल के मुख्य प्रबंधक या उससे ऊपर के पद से सेवानिवृत्त, विशेष रूप से कॉर्पोरेट कम्युनिकेशन/जनसंपर्क विभाग से। - Work Knowledge: Experience in Public Relations, Local Liaisoning, and Media Relations is essential.

Age Limit (आयु सीमा)
The candidate's age must be below 65 years as on 1st December 2025.

Salary & Benefits (वेतन और अन्य लाभ)
- Lump-sum remuneration of 80% of the last drawn Basic Pay plus Dearness Allowance (DA).
- If the candidate resides in RCFL township accommodation, remuneration will be 70% of last drawn Basic Pay plus DA.
- Payments are subject to Tax Deducted at Source (TDS).
- No benefits such as Provident Fund, Gratuity, Earned Leave, Medical Leave, or Performance Related Pay.

Selection Process (चयन प्रक्रिया)
The selection will be based on a Personal Interview. Interview may be held in-person, via video conferencing, or online mode. Candidates must secure a minimum average of 50% marks in the interview.
चयन व्यक्तिगत साक्षात्कार के आधार पर होगा। साक्षात्कार ऑफलाइन, वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग या ऑनलाइन माध्यम से हो सकता है। उम्मीदवार को 50% अंक प्राप्त करने होंगे।
