Eligibility Criteria योग्यता
- Educational Qualification / शैक्षिक योग्यता: Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
- Experience / अनुभव: Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience in company secretarial functions in any listed or unlisted company. Internship or training period will not be considered as experience.
- Area of Experience / अनुभव क्षेत्र: Drafting agendas, minutes, official correspondence, organizing board/committee meetings, general body meetings, and ensuring compliance with Companies Act and other statutory regulations.
Age Limit आयु सीमा
- Maximum age is 29 years as on 31 December 2025.
- Age relaxation as per Government of India rules for OBC (3 years), SC/ST (5 years), PwBD, Ex-Servicemen, and candidates with prior POWERGRID contract experience up to additional 5 years.
Salary & Benefits वेतन और लाभ
- Pay Band: ₹30,000 – ₹1,20,000 (with 3% annual increment)
- Initial Basic Pay: ₹30,000 per month
- Annual CTC approximately ₹9.96 Lakhs
- Additional perks include HRA, IDA, retention bonus every 6 months, PF, gratuity, medical benefits, leave benefits, mobile reimbursement, and group personal accident insurance.

Selection Process चयन प्रक्रिया
Selection will be done through an interview of shortlisted candidates. If the number of applicants is large, a screening test may be conducted for shortlisting, but only interview marks will be counted for final selection.
Shortlisting and final appointment will be based on merit in interview, with candidates able to appear in Hindi or English. Final joining is subject to medical fitness.
