Selected candidates will receive a consolidated monthly stipend of Rs. 70,000/- initially, with a 10% increment every year based on performance. The upper age limit for applicants is 62 years as of December 28, 2025.

- Consultants will be initially appointed for one year, extendable on yearly basis for up to three years based on performance.
- They will have a probation period of six months, following which confirmation depends on performance.
- No claim for permanent employment will arise from this consultancy.
- Confidentiality and adherence to PNGRB's code of conduct is mandatory.
- Leave allowance is 1.5 days per month, with accumulation up to five days.
