NITCON Limited is inviting applications for the post of Technician to support the operations and maintenance of solar power plants and electrical systems. Candidates with a Diploma in Electrical Engineering and at least two years of relevant experience are eligible to apply. The candidates will be responsible for executing daily operations, supervising maintenance tasks, ensuring safety standards, and assisting in upgrades and repairs.

• Educational Qualification / शैक्षिक योग्यता: Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience / अनुभव: Minimum 2 years in Switchyard/Sub Station/Switchgear of Power Plant.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of solar plants with full safety compliance.
• Supervise maintenance and repair of equipment such as panels, inverters, transformers, and switchgear.
• Conduct safety trainings, drills, and ensure adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols.
• Maintain inventory records of spares and coordinate procurement of critical items.
• Assist during erection, commissioning, and upgrade of plants.
• Prepare and update operational documentation and logs regularly.
• Handle small local purchases for sundry items as required.

Salary Details
