NHSRC Consultant 2025 – Detailed Eligibility Criteria
एनएचएसआरसी कंसल्टेंट 2025 – पात्रता मानदंड
- Essential Qualifications / अनिवार्य योग्यता: Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Dental, Nursing, AYUSH, Pharmacy, Healthcare & Hospital Management (regular) plus Post-graduation or PhD in Public Health, Community Health, Preventive & Social Medicine (MPH, MD Community Medicine) or MBA/MHA in Healthcare/Public Health Management from recognized Indian university.
- अनिवार्य योग्यता: चिकित्सा/दंत चिकित्सा/नर्सिंग/आयुष/फार्मेसी/स्वास्थ्य प्रबंधन में स्नातक और सार्वजनिक स्वास्थ्य या स्वास्थ्य प्रबंधन में पोस्ट ग्रेजुएशन या पीएचडी।
- Experience / अनुभव: Minimum two years post-PG work experience for MPH/MBA healthcare and one year for MD Community Medicine, preferably in National Health Mission, health planning, policy, advocacy or public health system strengthening.
- अनुभव: MPH/MBA के लिए न्यूनतम 2 वर्ष एवं MD कम्युनिटी मेडिसीन के लिए 1 वर्ष कार्य अनुभव आवश्यक। राष्ट्रीय स्वास्थ्य मिशन या संबंधित क्षेत्रों का अनुभव वरीयता।
- Desirable / वांछनीय: Experience in central/state health programs, district/primary or secondary healthcare services and research/published work in health systems/public health.

Salary and Benefits
वेतन एवं लाभ
The remuneration ranges from Rs. 60,000 to Rs. 1,20,000 per month depending on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include free accidental insurance, subsidized medical insurance, mobile & laptop reimbursements, 30 days consolidated leave, maternity leave (for female consultants), performance-related increments, and TA/DA for official travel.
वेतन रु. 60,000 से रु. 1,20,000 प्रतिमाह के बीच होगा। साथ ही दुर्घटना बीमा, चिकित्सा बीमा, मोबाइल व लैपटॉप भत्ता, 30 दिन की छुट्टियाँ, मातृत्व अवकाश (महिला के लिए), प्रदर्शन आधारित वेतन वृद्धि तथा यात्रा भत्ता भी मिलेगा।
Selection Process
चयन प्रक्रिया
Candidates will be shortlisted based on credentials and experience. Selected candidates will be called for further rounds/interviews. The process may consider candidates for other NHSRC vacancies with similar profiles.
