Job Role & Responsibilities / पद का कार्य एवं जिम्मेदारियां
The Senior Consultant will work under the supervision of the Division Head at NDMA and will be responsible for hospital safety policies, disaster management training, and preparation of technical documents. Key areas include collaboration with MoHFW, NABH, BIS, and state governments on hospital safety protocols and disaster preparedness.
वरिष्ठ सलाहकार NDMA के संबंधित विभाग प्रमुख के मार्गदर्शन में कार्य करेगा। इसके कर्तव्य में अस्पताल सुरक्षा नीतियाँ बनाना, आपदा प्रबंधन प्रशिक्षण प्रदान करना तथा तकनीकी दस्तावेज तैयार करना शामिल हैं। इसमें स्वास्थ्य मन्त्रालय, NABH, BIS, एवं राज्य सरकारों के साथ समन्वय भी शामिल होगा।
Important Instructions / महत्वपूर्ण निर्देश
- Retired central and state government employees' contract terms will be governed as per MoF & DoE OM dated 09/12/2020.
सेवानिवृत्त कर्मचारियों के अनुबंध नियम मंत्रालय वित्त एवं DoE के निर्देश अनुसार होंगे। - Remuneration will be consolidated and inclusive of all taxes without additional allowances.
वेतन समेकित रहेगा और इसमें सभी कर शामिल हैं, कोई अतिरिक्त भत्ता नहीं मिलेगा। - Official tours including TA/DA, lodging, and boarding expenses will be reimbursed as per GOI/NDMA rules.
आधिकारिक यात्राओं के दौरान TA/DA और आवास व्यय सरकारी नियमों के अनुसार होंगे। - Contract termination can be done by either party with one-month notice.
