About IIT Delhi Junior Research Fellow Recruitment 2025

Eligibility Criteria / पात्रता मानदंड
- Education: First-class Master's degree in Neuroscience, Cognitive Science, or equivalent OR a 1st-class graduate degree in Electrical/Biomedical Engineering with more than 60% marks.
- Knowledge: Proficiency in MATLAB programming is mandatory.
- Qualifications: NET/GATE qualified candidates preferred. Relaxation for graduates from Centrally Funded Technical Institutes (CFTIs) with CGPA > 8.0.
- Age Limits: As per project or institute norms. SC/ST candidates get 5% relaxation in marks.

The selected JRF will receive a monthly fellowship of ₹37,000 plus a House Rent Allowance (HRA) of 27%. The salary structure is subject to change as per IRD norms, especially in case a retired government employee is selected.
