Eligibility Criteria
योग्यता मानदंड
- Educational Qualification: Ph.D. in Chemistry is mandatory. Candidates with expertise in multi-step organic synthesis, medicinal chemistry, and analytical techniques will be preferred.
शैक्षिक योग्यता: रसायन विज्ञान में Ph.D. अनिवार्य है। मल्टी-स्टेप ऑर्गेनिक सिंथेसिस, मेडिसिनल केमिस्ट्री और एनालिटिकल तकनीकों में विशेषज्ञता वाले उम्मीदवारों को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी। - Nationality: Only Indian nationals are eligible.
रास्ट्रियता: केवल भारतीय नागरिक आवेदन कर सकते हैं। - Age Limit: Maximum 35 years as on last date (relaxation as per rules).
- As per institute rules and the funding agency guidelines, age relaxation may be allowed in deserving cases.

Salary and Benefits
वेतन और सुविधाएं
The selected Research Associate will receive a consolidated salary of Rs. 58,000 per month along with 30% House Rent Allowance (HRA). This position is purely temporary and for the duration of the funded project.
चयनित रिसर्च एसोसिएट को मासिक 58,000 रुपये का समेकित वेतन मिलेगा जिसमें 30% गृह किराया भत्ता (HRA) अतिरिक्त है। यह पद केवल अस्थायी है और वित्तपोषित परियोजना की अवधि तक सीमित रहेगा।
Selection Process
चयन प्रक्रिया
- Selection will be made through a walk-in interview held on 5th January 2026 at 09:30 AM.
चयन 5 जनवरी 2026 को सुबह 09:30 बजे आयोजित वॉक-इन इंटरव्यू के माध्यम से किया जाएगा। - Only candidates meeting the advertised criteria will be interviewed. Depending on the number of applicants, IISER Pune reserves the right to limit the number of candidates called for the interview.
केवल पात्र उम्मीदवारों का इंटरव्यू किया जाएगा। आवेदकों की संख्या के आधार पर, संस्थान इंटरव्यू के लिए बुलाए गए उम्मीदवारों की संख्या सीमित कर सकता है। - No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview.

Candidates fulfilling eligibility criteria should appear in person for the walk-in interview along with originals and one set of self-attested photocopies of all relevant documents including:
- Birth certificate or proof of date of birth
