Eligibility Criteria / पात्रता मानदंड
Educational Qualification / शैक्षिक योग्यता
- Technician Apprentice: Full-time 3-year Diploma Engineering in Instrumentation, Electrical, Chemical, Civil, or Mechanical from AICTE-recognized institute. (मात्र पूर्णकालिक 3 वर्षीय डिप्लोमा इंजीनियरिंग)
- Graduate Apprentice (Non-Engineering): Full-time B.Sc (with PCM), B.Com (Accounting & Finance), or BBA. (पूर्णकालिक B.Sc, B.Com या BBA)
- Technical Graduate Apprentice: Full-time B.Tech/B.E in relevant disciplines from AICTE-recognized institute. (पूर्णकालिक B.Tech/B.E)
- Minimum 50% Marks in essential qualification. (कम से कम 50% अंक आवश्यक)
- Only regular full-time degrees/diplomas are valid. Distance, correspondence, or part-time courses not accepted.
Age Limit / आयु सीमा
Minimum 18 years and maximum 25 years as on 01 December 2025. No age relaxation as per notification.
01 दिसंबर 2025 को आयु 18 से 25 वर्ष के बीच होनी चाहिए। आयु में कोई छूट नहीं।
Stipend / वेतन
- Graduate Apprentice Trainees: ₹9,000/- per month. (ग्रेजुएट अप्रेंटिस के लिए ₹9,000/- प्रति माह)
- Diploma Apprentice Trainees: ₹8,000/- per month. (डिप्लोमा अप्रेंटिस के लिए ₹8,000/- प्रति माह)
- The stipend is as per Apprentices Act (1961) and amendments. (वेतन Apprentices Act के अनुसार)
- Note: Apprenticeship does not guarantee any job or employment with HURL after training completion. (प्रशिक्षण के बाद नौकरी का कोई अवसर सुनिश्चित नहीं)

Selection Process / चयन प्रक्रिया
- Selection based on merit list generated from marks secured in essential qualification.
- No written test or interview will be conducted.
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification at HURL, Barauni, Bihar.
- Candidates must clear pre-engagement medical fitness tests at their own cost.
- Final appointment as Apprentice Trainee will follow after successful verification and contract approval.
