Eligibility Criteria - योग्यता विवरण
- Qualification / योग्यता: Candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board. Additionally, two years National Trade/Apprenticeship Certificate in Binding trade from a recognized ITI or institution recognized by Central/HP Government is mandatory.
उम्मीदवार ने मान्यता प्राप्त बोर्ड से 10+2 या समतुल्य परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण की हो। इसके अलावा, केंद्रीय या हिमाचल प्रदेश सरकार की मान्यता प्राप्त आईटीआई से बाइंडिंग ट्रेड में दो साल का राष्ट्रीय ट्रेड/अपप्रेंटिसशिप प्रमाणपत्र आवश्यक है। - Desirable / अन्य योग्यता: Knowledge of customs, mannerisms, dialects of Himachal Pradesh and suitability for appointment under state-specific conditions.

Age Limit & Relaxations - आयु सीमा और छूट
The minimum age required is 18 years and the maximum age is 45 years as on 01-01-2025. Age relaxation is applicable as per government rules:
- 5 years relaxation for Persons with Benchmark Disability.
- Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC categories as per HP Govt. orders.
- Upper age relaxation applicable for Govt. employees as detailed in notification.

Salary/Stipend - वेतन
Selected candidates for the post of Press Duftry will receive a fixed monthly stipend of Rs. 12,500/- during the training period.

Selection Process - चयन प्रक्रिया
The selection of candidates will be based on a weighted evaluation system as per Social Justice & Empowerment Dept., HP. The criteria include:
- Educational qualification marks (out of 10)
- Degree of disability (2 to 6 marks)
- Additional qualifications (up to 4 marks)
- Residence in backward area/landless status/not employed/BPL/widow/single daughter/orphan/training/experience etc. (various marks)
