Eligibility Criteria / पात्रता मापदंड
Educational Qualification / शैक्षिक योग्यता
- Bachelor Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT) from a recognized University as per UGC Act, 1956।
- Basic knowledge of computer applications as per Gujarat Civil Services Rules।
- Proficiency in Gujarati or Hindi language or both।
- Registration with Indian Association of Physiotherapists is required at the time of application or just after appointment।

Age Limit / आयु सीमा
Minimum 18 years and maximum 35 years as on 15/01/2026. Age relaxations will be given as per government norms:
- General Category Women - 5 years
- Reserved Category Men - 5 years
- Reserved Category Women - 10 years
- Persons with Disabilities (PwD) varying relaxation based on category upto 20 years
- Ex-Servicemen - period of service plus 3 years
- Government employees may get relaxation as per rules

Payment to be made online via Debit Card, Internet Banking, UPI, or Wallets only. Fee refund will be given to candidates who appear in the exam.
Selection Process / चयन प्रक्रिया
Selection will be through a one-stage competitive written examination consisting of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) held in two parts:
- Part A (60 marks) – Logical Tests, Data Interpretation, and Mathematics.
- Part B (150 marks) – Indian Constitution, Current Affairs, Gujarati & English Comprehension, and Subject-related questions.
Total 210 questions for 210 marks, duration 3 hours with negative marking (0.25 per wrong answer). Minimum 40% marks required in each part. Final merit list based on combined scores.
Selected candidates will be called for Certificate Verification and Medical Examination before final appointment.
Salary Details / वेतन विवरण
Monthly fixed salary of Rs. 49,600 for first five years. After satisfactory service, regular scale as per 7th Pay Commission Level-7 (Rs. 39,900 to Rs. 1,26,600) will be applicable along with other government benefits.
