Educational Qualification / शैक्षिक योग्यता
For ST Posts:
- Assistant Superintendent (Stores/Commercial): BBA or Graduate with Diploma in Commercial / Supply Chain Management or equivalent 1-year Diploma.
- Structural Fitter: ITI with NCTVT in related trades like Structural Fitter, Fitter, or Sheet Metal Worker.
- Welder: ITI in Welder trade.
- Technical Assistant (Mechanical): Minimum 3-year full-time Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Shipwright Fitter: SSC with Deck/Engine Dept Training Certificate.
ST पदों के लिए: BBA या स्नातक जिसमें कमर्शियल/सप्लाई चेन मैनेजमेंट आदि में 1 वर्ष का डिप्लोमा हो। संबंधित ट्रेड में ITI एवं NCTVT। मैकेनिकल इंजीनियरिंग में 3 साल का डिप्लोमा आदि।

- Assistant Superintendent (Finance): Graduate with Intermediate CA/ICMA or MBA Finance.
- Junior Supervisor (Mechanical - Safety): Minimum 3-year full-time Diploma in Mechanical Engineering plus 1-year Diploma in Industrial Safety.
