This recruitment is for a senior leadership position in the Operations and Maintenance department for Ahmedabad and Surat Metro projects. There is only 1 vacancy available for the post. यह भर्ती अहमदाबाद और सूरत मेट्रो परियोजनाओं के लिए ऑपरेशंस और मेंटेनेंस विभाग में उच्च स्तरीय पद के लिए है। कुल 01 पद रिक्त है।
Eligibility Criteria / पात्रता मानदंड
1. Educational Qualification / शैक्षिक योग्यता
Candidates must have a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree in any of the following disciplines: Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Applied Electronics, Industrial Electronics, Power Electronics, or Instrumentation from a recognized university.
OR
Any graduate with experience in train operations from a Government-recognized Institute.
उम्मीदवार के पास मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से उपरोक्त इंजीनियरिंग शाखाओं में बी.ई./बी.टेक डिग्री होनी चाहिए।
या
सरकारी मान्यता प्राप्त संस्था से ट्रेन ऑपरेशन में अनुभव के साथ कोई भी ग्रेजुएट हो।
2. Age Limit / आयु सीमा
- Maximum 58 years for contract or deputation basis as on 01 December 2025.
- Maximum 62 years for post-superannuation basis.
- Age relaxation for internal GMRC employees as per rules.
- 01 दिसंबर 2025 के अनुसार कॉन्ट्रैक्ट/डिप्युटेशन आधार पर अधिकतम आयु 58 वर्ष।
- पोस्ट सुपरैन्नुएशन के लिए अधिकतम आयु 62 वर्ष।
- आंतरिक GMRC कर्मचारियों के लिए नियमों के अनुसार आयु सीमा में छूट।
3. Experience / अनुभव
General Manager (GM) level: Minimum 20 years post qualification experience in private sector OR 17 years executive level experience in Government/Metro Rail/ PSU.
Chief General Manager (CGM) level: Minimum 23 years overall experience in private sector OR 20 years executive experience in Government/Metro Rail/ PSU with minimum 4 years in SAG/GM grade.
Experience in Operations & Maintenance of Metro or Railway systems is mandatory.
जनरल मैनेजर स्तर: निजी क्षेत्र में कम से कम 20 साल का अनुभव या सरकारी/मेट्रो रेल/पीएसयू में 17 साल का कार्यकारी स्तर का अनुभव।
चीफ जनरल मैनेजर स्तर: निजी क्षेत्र में 23 साल का कुल अनुभव या सरकारी/मेट्रो रेल/पीएसयू में 20 साल कार्यकारी अनुभव जिसमें कम से कम 4 साल SAG/GM ग्रेड में हो।
मेट्रो या रेलवे सिस्टम के ऑपरेशंस और मेंटेनेंस का अनुभव आवश्यक है।
Salary Details / वेतन संरचना
Pay scale as per IDA – Rs. 120,000 to Rs. 280,000 approximately. Approximate monthly CTC is ₹3.5 lakh on contract basis. Deputation and post-superannuation pay will be as per applicable rules.
आईडीए पे स्केल: ₹1,20,000 से ₹2,80,000 तक, लगभग ₹3.5 लाख मासिक सीटीसी (कॉन्ट्रैक्ट आधार)। डिप्युटेशन और पोस्ट-सुपरैन्युएशन वेतन नियमों के अनुसार।
