Important Qualifications / आवश्यक योग्यता:
- Internal Audit Officer (Deputation): Officers from Audit & Accounts Services with regular service in Level 10/11.
- Chief Security Officer (Deputation): Deputation from Police/Paramilitary with 5 years service in Pay Level 7+.
- Medical Officer (Female): MBBS with relevant experience; preference for PG qualification.
- Assistant Librarian: Master's degree in Library Science with NET/SET/Ph.D.
- Private Secretary: Graduate with stenography skills & 3+ years experience.
- Assistant & Personal Assistant: Bachelor's degree with relevant experience and typing/shorthand proficiency.
- Junior Engineer (Electrical): Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering with experience.
- Pharmacist: 10+2 with Diploma in Pharmacy; Registered with Pharmacy Council.
- Clerks (UDC, LDC): Graduate with typing skills and relevant experience.
- Horticulture Supervisor: B.Sc. Agriculture with 2 years experience.
- Laboratory Assistant/Attendant: Relevant Science qualifications & experience.
- Cook: 10th pass with cooking experience.
- Library Attendant: 10+2 with certificate in Library Science and experience.
- Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS): 10th pass or ITI pass.
Salary / वेतन संरचना
- Salaries are as per 7th CPC Pay Matrix Levels ranging from Level 1 to Level 12 depending on the post.

Age Limit / आयु सीमा
Age limits vary as per post. General range is 18 to 40 years as on 15 January 2026.
- Medical Officer (Female) and Assistant Librarian posts: Maximum 40 years
- Private Secretary, Assistant, Personal Assistant, Junior Engineer and some others: Maximum 35 years
- Pharmacist, Clerks, Cook, Laboratory and Library Attendant, MTS etc.: Maximum 32 years

Selection Process / चयन प्रक्रिया
The selection will be based on qualifications, experience, and as per University norms. Shortlisted candidates will be called for interview or skill test. For Private Secretary and Personal Assistant, skill tests on computer shorthand and typing will be conducted.
- Shortlisted candidates will be invited via email to appear for interview.
- No communication for candidates not shortlisted.
- Skill test details:
- Private Secretary: Dictation 10 min @ 120 wpm English / 100 wpm Hindi; Transcription 50 min English / 60 min Hindi
- Personal Assistant: Dictation 10 min @ 100 wpm; Transcription 40 min English / 55 min Hindi
