Overview of Bank of India Credit Officer Recruitment 2025-26
The recruitment is aimed at experienced banking and finance professionals for the post of Credit Officer in various management grades. Candidates applying must possess the educational qualifications and relevant experience as specified in the official notification Annexure-I. Age limits range from 25 to 40 years depending on the post applied for. The selection process involves an online examination and/or an interview with the final merit list prepared on the basis of online test (70%) and interview (30%).
इस भर्ती का उद्देश्य अनुभवी बैंकिंग और वित्त पेशेवरों को क्रेडिट ऑफिसर के पद पर नियुक्त करना है। उम्मीदवारों को आधिकारिक नोटिफिकेशन के अनुसार योग्यता और अनुभव होना आवश्यक है। आयु सीमा पद के अनुसार 25 से 40 वर्ष तक है। चयन प्रक्रिया ऑनलाइन परीक्षा और/या साक्षात्कार के आधार पर होगी, जिसमें अंतिम मेरिट परीक्षा (70%) और साक्षात्कार (30%) के आधार पर तैयार की जाएगी।

Eligibility Criteria / पात्रता मानदंड
Educational Qualification / शैक्षणिक योग्यता
Candidates should hold a graduation degree with percentages as prescribed in the notification's Annexure-I, along with relevant banking/credit experience for the post applied. Reserved category candidates are entitled to a 5% relaxation in minimum marks wherever minimum 60% is prescribed.

- Credit Officer MMGS-II: 25 to 35 years
- Credit Officer MMGS-III: 28 to 38 years
- Credit Officer SMGS-IV: 30 to 40 years
Category-wise age relaxation will be applicable as per Government of India rules.

Selection Process / चयन प्रक्रिया
The selection will involve document verification followed by an online exam and/or an interview:
- Document Scrutiny: Eligibility documents will be verified during the initial screening.
- Online Exam: Consists of Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, English Language (qualifying), and Professional Knowledge tests. Total 150 questions, 150 marks, to be completed in 120 minutes.
- Interview: Candidates who clear the exam will be called for Personal Interview carrying 100 marks.
Final merit list will be prepared with 70% weightage on written exam scores and 30% on interview marks.
