AUD Teaching & Academic Staff Recruitment 2025 – Apply Online for 71 Faculty and Academic Posts

डॉ. बी.आर. अम्बेडकर विश्वविद्यालय दिल्ली (AUD), दिल्ली सरकार की एक प्रमुख राज्य विश्वविद्यालय, ने वर्ष 2025 के लिए कुल 71 शिक्षण एवं अकादमिक स्टाफ पदों पर भर्ती का नोटिफिकेशन जारी किया है। इस भर्ती में प्रोफेसर, एसोसिएट प्रोफेसर, असिस्टेंट प्रोफेसर, लाइब्रेरियन, असिस्टेंट लाइब्रेरियन एवं फिजिकल एजुकेशन एवं स्पोर्ट्स के असिस्टेंट डायरेक्टर के पद शामिल हैं। उम्मीदवार जो यूजीसी एवं अन्य नियामक निकायों के अनुसार योग्य हैं, वे आवेदन कर सकते हैं। ऑनलाइन आवेदन 20 दिसंबर 2025 से शुरू होकर 9 जनवरी 2026 तक किए जाएंगे। चयनित अभ्यर्थियों को ऑनलाइन आवेदन की हार्ड कॉपी 16 जनवरी 2026 तक भेजनी होगी। आवेदन औपचारिक तौर पर AUD की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट के माध्यम से करना अनिवार्य है।

Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University Delhi is inviting applications to fill 71 faculty and academic staff positions across multiple disciplines and campuses. These include 20 Professors, 23 Associate Professors, 24 Assistant Professors, 1 Librarian, 2 Assistant Librarians, and 1 Assistant Director for Physical Education and Sports (women candidates only). The university specializes in humanities and social sciences and offers innovative curriculum across its four campuses.

Eligibility Criteria / पात्रता मापदंड
Eligibility for each post is aligned with UGC Regulations 2018 and other regulatory bodies, including AICTE and NCTE. Candidates must have relevant teaching/research experience, educational qualifications, and research publications as prescribed for Professors, Associate Professors, Assistant Professors, and academic staff posts.
हर पद के लिए पात्रता यूजीसी नियम 2018 तथा संबंधित नियामक संस्थाओं के अनुसार है। उम्मीवारों के पास आवश्यक शिक्षण/अनुसंधान अनुभव, शैक्षणिक योग्यता और प्रकाशन होने चाहिए।
Key Qualification Highlights:
- Professor: Ph.D. with minimum 10 years teaching/research, 10 research publications, and research score of 120.
- Associate Professor: Ph.D., 8 years teaching/research experience, at least 7 research publications, research score 75.
- Assistant Professor: Master's degree with 55% marks, NET/SLET/SET or Ph.D. exemption.
- Librarian & Assistant Librarian: Master's degree in Library/Information Science with specified experience and qualifications.
- Assistant Director (Physical Education & Sports): Master's degree in relevant field with sport achievements and NET or PhD-based exemption.
Selection Process / चयन प्रक्रिया
Applications will be scrutinized following UGC and AUD rules. Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview and may be required to present a seminar or academic presentation. Interviews can be held in person or via video conferencing for candidates residing abroad.
आवेदन पत्रों की यूजीसी एवं विश्वविद्यालय नियमों के अनुसार जांच होगी। शॉर्टलिस्ट किए गए अभ्यर्थियों का इंटरव्यू होगा एवं संभवतः प्रस्तुति देना आवश्यक होगा। विदेश में रहने वाले उम्मीदवारों के लिए वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग की सुविधा होगी।

Salary / वेतन संरचना
सभी पदों के लिए 7वीं केंद्रीय वेतन आयोग के तहत वेतन स्तर निर्धारित हैं एवं अन्य भत्ते भी दिए जाएंगे। ग्रेड पे और वेतन सीमा निम्नानुसार हैं:
- Professor / Librarian: Pay Level 14 - ₹1,44,200 to ₹2,18,200
- Associate Professor: Pay Level 13A - ₹1,31,400 to ₹2,10,800
- Assistant Professor, Assistant Librarian, Assistant Director P.E.: Pay Level 10 - ₹57,700 to ₹92,500
इसके अलावा डियरनेस अलाउंस, हाउस रेंट अलाउंस, ट्रांसपोर्ट अलाउंस इत्यादि भी लागू होंगे।
