- Clerk (69 posts) – Distributed across multiple departments including Director of Sports Punjab, Deputy Commissioner Gurdaspur, Animal Husbandry, Archaeology Punjab, Police Jails, Soil Record, and Finance Department.
- Clerk IT (1 post) – Reserved for General category candidates.

Educational Qualification / शैक्षिक योग्यता
- For Clerk (क्लर्क के लिए): Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university + 120 hours computer course or O Level certificate + Punjabi up to 10th standard.
- For Clerk IT: BCA / B.Sc IT / Computer Science degree + Punjabi up to 10th standard.
