नेशनल इंस्टिट्यूट ऑफ फूड टेक्नोलॉजी एंटरप्रेन्योरशिप एंड मैनेजमेंट, थंजावुर (NIFTEM-T) में 2025 के लिए विभिन्न प्रोजेक्ट पदों पर योग्य उम्मीदवारों से वॉक-इन इंटरव्यू के माध्यम से भर्ती की जा रही है। इस भर्ती में 06 पदों के लिए अवसर उपलब्ध हैं जिनमें सीनियर रिसर्च फैलो (SRF), यंग प्रोफेशनल (YP) और प्रोजेक्ट असिस्टेंट (PA) शामिल हैं। खाद्य प्रौद्योगिकी, खाद्य विज्ञान, खाद्य प्रक्रिया इंजीनियरिंग एवं संबंधित क्षेत्रों में योग्यता रखने वाले अभ्यर्थी आवेदन कर सकते हैं। वॉक-इन इंटरव्यू 5 दिसंबर 2025 को आयोजित किया जाएगा। चयन साक्षात्कार के आधार पर होगा और निर्धारित मासिक वेतन प्रदान किया जाएगा। आवेदन इंटरव्यू के दिन ही व्यक्तिगत रूप से जमा करना अनिवार्य है।

Senior Research Fellow (SRF):
- M.Tech (4 years UG + 2 years PG) in Food Science and Technology / Food Process Engineering / Food and Agricultural Process Engineering / Processing and Food Engineering / Food Processing Technology / Post Harvest Technology.
Young Professional-II (YP-II) (Energy Beverages & Spun Confectionery Project):
- M.Sc in Community Science (Food Science & Nutrition) / Food Nutrition and Dietetics / Home Science (Foods & Nutrition) or B.Tech in Food Technology / Food Process Engineering / Food Science & Technology.
Young Professional (YP) (Tapioca Based Products):
- B.Tech (4-year UG) in Food Technology / Food Process Engineering / Food Science and Technology or M.Sc in Food Science / Food Science & Nutrition.
Project Assistant (PA) (Herbal Coffee):
- B.Tech (4-year UG) in Food Technology / Food Process Engineering / Food Science and Technology.

Candidate's age should not exceed 35 years for men and 40 years for women as of the interview date (05-12-2025). Age relaxation for reserved categories will be provided as per government rules.

Salary/Stipend Details / वेतन विवरण
- SRF: ₹42,000/- per month (consolidated)
- YP-II: ₹35,000/- per month (consolidated)
- YP: ₹25,000/- per month (consolidated)
- PA: ₹20,000/- + 10% HRA per month

Candidates will be selected based on a walk-in interview to be held at NIFTEM-T, Thanjavur. Original documents and certificates must be presented at the time of interview. No TA/DA will be provided.
