Salary & Benefits
वेतन एवं लाभ
- Rs. 55,000 per month as fellowship for Ph.D. holders. / पीएचडी धारकों के लिए ₹55,000 मासिक फेलोशिप।
- Rs. 35,000 per month for candidates with thesis submitted but degree pending. / जिनके पास थिसिस जमा है, वे ₹35,000 मासिक प्राप्त करेंगे।
- Annual research grant of Rs. 2,00,000 and overheads Rs. 1,00,000 per annum. / वार्षिक अनुसंधान ग्रांट ₹2,00,000 एवं ओवरहेड्स ₹1,00,000।

Age Limit
आयु सीमा
Maximum 35 years as on 27 January 2026. Age relaxation applies as per government norms:
- SC/ST/PWD/Women: Up to 5 years relaxation / 5 वर्ष की छूट।
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years relaxation / 3 वर्ष की छूट।

Selection Process
चयन प्रक्रिया
Selection is conducted twice a year in June and December. Candidates are shortlisted based on their applications submitted two months prior to the interview. Final selection involves presentation of the research proposal and interview by the selection committee. Foreign nationals may be interviewed in absentia, subject to clearances.
