यह schedule Havaldar post के PET/PST के लिए है. MTS candidates को physical test नहीं देना होता.

SSC Havaldar PET/PST Admit Card कैसे Download करें?

ssc.gov.in खोलें और अपने Regional Office link/notice section पर जाएँ.

Registration/Roll details तथा date of birth से status check करें.

Admission Certificate download करके name, roll number, centre, reporting time और instructions verify करें.

Clear printout रखें और notice में मांगा original photo ID साथ ले जाएँ.

Centre-specific reporting instruction तथा document list को admit card से final मानें.

SSC headquarters notice कहता है कि admission certificates respective Regional Offices issue करेंगे. केवल unofficial admit-card pages पर भरोसा न करें.

Havaldar PET and PST Standards

Physical Efficiency Test – Walking

Candidate	Requirement

Female	1 kilometre in 20 minutes

Physical Standard Test – General benchmark

Male	157.5 cm	Chest 76 cm with minimum 5 cm expansion

Garhwali, Assamese, Gorkha, Scheduled Tribe और other notified categories को prescribed relaxation मिल सकती है. PwBD exemptions/disability conditions भी notification-specific हैं.

PET/PST qualifying nature का है. Havaldar के लिए fail होने पर Havaldar consideration समाप्त हो सकती है, लेकिन CBE merit के अनुसार MTS candidature notification rules के अधीन valid रह सकती है.

Physical-Test Day Checklist

• Printed admission certificate
• Original valid photo identity proof
• Recent passport photographs if instructed
• DOB/category/relaxation certificates where demanded
• Comfortable permitted clothing and footwear
• Water/light meal according to reporting instructions

Last-minute preparation

Test से एक दिन पहले overtraining न करें. Walking pace को controlled रखें, sleep और hydration पर ध्यान दें, और medical issue होने पर qualified doctor की advice लें.

Common PET/PST Mistakes to Avoid

• Starting too fast: पहले few hundred metres में sprint-like pace रखने से final lap में energy collapse हो सकती है. Practice में even pace सीखें.
• Wrong certificate format: Height/age/category relaxation claim करने वाले candidates prescribed certificate और original proof check करें.
• Late reporting: Centre unfamiliar हो तो route और travel buffer एक दिन पहले plan करें.
• New shoes on test day: Blisters या discomfort से बचने के लिए वही footwear पहनें जिसमें पहले walking practice की हो.
• Ignoring admit-card wording: General internet checklist से अधिक candidate-specific admission certificate follow करें.

Test से पहले aggressive weight loss, dehydration या unprescribed medicines का उपयोग न करें. Fitness concern हो तो qualified medical professional से advice लें.
