Candidates should be under 28 years as of 30 June 2026 with relaxation as per the category:

Educational Qualification (शैक्षिक योग्यता)
Candidate must be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) who cleared the CA Final exam in not more than 2 attempts. Relaxation may apply for reserved categories.

Selected candidates will receive an annual CTC of ₹12,00,000 including fixed and variable components. Additional benefits include group insurance. Variable pay of 10% depends on performance.

Posting will be at SIDBI’s Head Offices in Mumbai, Delhi, Lucknow, and branch offices mainly in Tamil Nadu, Gujarat, Rajasthan, and nearby states. Initial contract is for 3 years, extendable by 2 years.

Role & Responsibilities

- Credit appraisal and sanction of MSME loan proposals.

Selection Process

Selection will be through shortlisting by ICAI Placement Directorate followed by interviews held at Mumbai, New Delhi, Chennai, and Ahmedabad. A psychometric test or other assessments may also be conducted.
