Eligibility Criteria
पात्रता मानदंड
Para Pump Operator / पैर पंप ऑपरेटर
Candidates should be matriculate (10th) with a recognized ITI certificate in trades such as Electrician, Wireman, Diesel Mechanic, Pump Mechanic, Motor Mechanic, or Pump Operator cum Mechanic. Alternatively, a certificate from the Government Skill Development scheme in the above trades is acceptable.
अभ्यर्थी 10वीं पास हों एवं मान्यता प्राप्त आईटीआई संस्थान से निम्न व्यापारों में प्रमाणपत्र धारक (इलेक्ट्रीशियन/वायरमैन/डिज़ल मेकैनिक/पंप मेकैनिक/मोटर मेकैनिक/पंप ऑपरेटर कम मेकैनिक) हों। या सरकारी स्किल डेवलपमेंट योजना से प्रमाणपत्र प्राप्त हो।
Para Fitter / पैर फिट्टर
Minimum qualification is matriculation with ITI certificate in the fitter trade from a recognized ITI. Candidates with a certificate from the Government Skill Development scheme in the fitter trade are also eligible.
10वीं पास होना आवश्यक है तथा मान्यता प्राप्त आईटीआई से फिट्टर ट्रेड में प्रमाणपत्र होना चाहिए। या सरकारी स्किल डेवलपमेंट योजना के तहत प्रमाणपत्र धारक।
Multipurpose Worker / मल्टीपर्पज वर्कर
Minimum qualification is Middle (8th) pass from a recognized school.

Minimum 18 years and maximum 45 years as on 31 July 2026 for all posts.

Selection Process

The selection comprises a total of 10 marks distributed among the following:
- Academic marks in matriculation or middle standard (5-6 marks)
- BPL family status (1 mark for Para Pump Operator and Para Fitter only)
- Relevant experience in HP Jal Shakti or related departments (up to 2 marks)
- Skill and physical test (2 marks)
