Eligibility Criteria / पात्रता मानदंड
Deputy Director (SI) / डिप्टी डायरेक्टर (SI)
Candidates must have Bachelor’s degree in Medical Sciences and MD/DNB (Community Medicine/Epidemiology) OR Master's in Public Health/Health Administration/Applied Epidemiology or a related Diploma. They should have at least 5 years of experience in Public Health focusing on surveillance, research, monitoring & evaluation, or epidemiology and proficiency with computers, including MS Office and SPSS. Preference will be given to experience in HIV/AIDS programs.
आवेदक के पास मेडिकल साइंसेज में स्नातक डिग्री और MD/DNB (कम्युनिटी मेडिसिन/एपिडेमियोलॉजी) या सार्वजनिक स्वास्थ्य/स्वास्थ्य प्रशासन/ऐप्लाइड एपिडेमियोलॉजी में मास्टर्स होना चाहिए। 5 साल का अनुभव आवश्यक है। कंप्यूटर और SPSS का ज्ञान अनिवार्य है। HIV/AIDS क्षेत्र का अनुभव वरीयता देगा।
Assistant Director (CSS & GIPA) / असिस्टेंट डायरेक्टर
Graduate degree from a recognized institution is mandatory. Minimum 3 years experience in HIV-related activities, preferably with people living with HIV/AIDS (PLHAs) or community representation. Good communication and familiarity with virtual meeting platforms and social media skills are desirable.

Must be a Graduate with 3-5 years experience in store management and inventory control. Candidates should be well-versed with logistical documentation and strong computer skills.
ग्रेजुएट डिग्री के साथ स्टोर प्रबंधन में 3-5 साल का अनुभव आवश्यक है। लॉजिस्टिक्स और दस्तावेजों की अच्छी समझ व कंप्यूटर स्किल्स होना जरूरी है।
ICTC Counselor / ICTC काउंसलर
Graduate degree holder in Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Anthropology, Human Development or Nursing with 3 years experience in counseling under National Health Programmes OR Post Graduate in these fields. Candidates living with HIV/AIDS (PLHIV) with 1 year experience also eligible. Must be computer literate and familiar with government health policies.
