Eligibility Criteria / पात्रता मापदंड
1. Educational Qualification / शैक्षिक योग्यता
Executive Director (Operation Service): Candidate must have a Graduate Degree in Engineering in Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, Electronics or related fields.
Executive Director (HR & Administration): Graduate in any discipline with MBA (HR) or PG Diploma/Degree in HR, MSW, MHRM etc. from recognized institutes. A Law degree is desirable.
Both posts require at least 20 years of post-qualification relevant experience.
एक्जीक्यूटिव डायरेक्टर (ऑपरेशन सर्विस): अभ्यर्थी के पास इलेक्ट्रिकल, मैकेनिकल, इंस्ट्रूमेंटेशन, इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स या संबंधित क्षेत्र में स्नातक की डिग्री होनी चाहिए।
एक्जीक्यूटिव डायरेक्टर (एचआर व प्रशासन): किसी भी विषय में स्नातक एवं एमबीए (एचआर) या समान PG डिप्लोमा/डिग्री रखनी चाहिए। कानून की डिग्री होना वांछनीय है।
दोनों पदों के लिए कम से कम 20 वर्षों का प्रासंगिक कार्य अनुभव आवश्यक है।
2. Age Limit / आयु सीमा
Minimum 52 years and maximum 58 years as on 01.12.2025. Departmental candidates get relaxation up to 59 years.
