About NCRTC Executive/Transport Planner 2025 Recruitment
NCRTC is a joint venture of the Government of India and participating states to develop and implement rail-based public transport networks in the National Capital Region. The Executive/Transport Planner plays a critical role in preparing detailed project reports and planning for multi-modal transportation systems, especially rail-based solutions like metro, high speed rail, and RRTS.
The selected candidate will be on a contract basis with a competitive salary following IDA Pay Scale E0 (Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 1,20,000) plus allowances and perks under the company's cafeteria system.

Eligibility Criteria / योग्यता
Educational Qualification / शैक्षणिक योग्यता
Candidates must have a full-time Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech.) or Planning (B.Plan) from a recognized university/institution. Preference will be given to candidates with a Master's degree in Transport Planning or Transport Engineering.

Experience / अनुभव
- Minimum 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience in transport planning.
- Experience with rail-based public transport systems planning, multimodal integration, Detailed Project Reports (DPR), and mobility planning is required.
- Private sector candidates should have minimum CTC of Rs. 6.70 lakhs per annum.
न्यूनतम 3 वर्ष का ट्रांसपोर्ट योजना में अनुभव आवश्यक है। रेल आधारित योजनाओं, DPR तैयार करने, मल्टीमोडल इंटीग्रेशन और मोबिलिटी प्लानिंग के कार्य में अनुभव अनिवार्य है। निजी क्षेत्र के उम्मीदवारों के लिए न्यूनतम CTC 6.70 लाख रुपये वार्षिक होना चाहिए।

- Written Test / Computer Based Test (CBT) – 80% weightage
- Interview – 20% weightage
- Minimum qualifying marks: 60% for UR/OBC/EWS, 50% for SC/ST/PwBD
- Merit list prepared on combined score of Written Test and Interview
