IIT Guwahati Recruitment 2025 – Apply Online for 02 Assistant & Associate Project Scientist Posts
The Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati (IIT Guwahati), one of India's premier technical institutes, has announced a recruitment notification for 2 vacancies for the posts of Assistant Project Scientist and Associate Project Scientist. Candidates with qualifications in B.Sc or M.Sc in Science or Humanities who have relevant experience are invited to apply online.
This is a contractual position with a monthly stipend of Rs. 21,000/- to Rs. 35,000/- depending on post and experience. Interested aspirants must submit their applications before the deadline on 6th December 2025. Applications are to be sent via email, and no application fee is required.

1. Assistant Project Scientist / सहायक प्रोजेक्ट वैज्ञानिक
- Bachelor's degree in Science or Humanities required.

2. Associate Project Scientist / एसोसिएट प्रोजेक्ट वैज्ञानिक
- Master's degree in Science or Humanities OR Bachelor's degree with minimum 4 years experience.
