Eligibility Criteria / पात्रता मानदंड
Applicants must meet the following qualifications and experience requirements:
- Master's degree in relevant fields (Journalism, Mass Communication, Computer Science, Management, Corporate Communication, Public Relations, Digital Media) with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade OR
- Graduate with minimum 55% marks plus relevant Post Graduate Diploma in Mass Media, Journalism, Management, Computer Application, or other related disciplines.
- Preference will be given to candidates who have qualified the National Eligibility Test (NET) by UGC.
- Minimum one year of teaching or industry experience in the relevant discipline is mandatory.
- Language proficiency is required as per the course language (Hindi/English).
Specific Experience for Certain Posts:
- M.A. New Media Communication: Ph.D. in relevant discipline, minimum one year experience in reputed Digital Media organization, hands-on skills on Adobe Creative Suite, data analytics;
- PG Diploma in English Journalism: Ph.D., one year experience in a reputed English media organization;
- PG Diploma in Hindi Journalism: Ph.D., one year experience in a reputed Hindi media organization;
- PG Diploma in Corporate Communication & Brand Management: Ph.D., one year industry experience, teaching proficiency in English/Hindi/Odia.
Age Limit / आयु सीमा
Preferably less than 40 years as on 26th December 2025.
