- Staff Nurse: Completed GNM or B.Sc Nursing from INC or WBNC recognized institution. Must possess valid registration under West Bengal Nursing Council and be proficient in the local language. Must be a permanent resident of West Bengal.
स्टाफ नर्स: भारतीय नर्सिंग परिषद (INC) या पश्चिम बंगाल नर्सिंग काउंसिल (WBNC) मान्यता प्राप्त संस्थान से जीएनएम या बी.एससी नर्सिंग पूर्ण किया हो। WBNC के तहत पंजीकरण अनिवार्य। स्थानीय भाषा में दक्षता एवं पश्चिम बंगाल का स्थायी निवासी होना चाहिए। - Community Health Assistant (Urban): Two possible qualifications:
- Pass ANM course from INC recognized institute with WBNC registration, proficiency in Bengali, permanent resident of Birbhum district.
- Or Pass GNM course from INC recognized institute with WBNC registration, proficiency in Bengali, permanent resident of Birbhum district.
कम्युनिटी हेल्थ असिस्टेंट (अर्बन): दो विकल्प हैं:
- एएनएम कोर्स पास और INC मान्यता प्राप्त संस्थान से WBNC पंजीकरण, बंगाली भाषा में प्रवीणता, बिरभूम जिले का स्थायी निवासी।

Minimum 21 years and maximum 40 years as on 01 January 2025. Age relaxation is applicable as per Government of West Bengal rules for reserved categories.

Selection Process
चयन प्रक्रिया
Candidates will be selected purely on merit based on their academic performance in GNM/B.Sc Nursing (for Staff Nurse) and ANM/GNM exams (for Community Health Assistant). Score sheets will be prepared with marks rounded to two decimal points. Candidates found ineligible will be disqualified. The decision of the recruitment authority will be final and binding.
चयन मेरिट के आधार पर होगा, जो स्टाफ नर्स के लिए GNM/ बी.एससी नर्सिंग और कम्युनिटी हेल्थ असिस्टेंट के लिए एएनएम/जीएनएम परीक्षा के अंकों के आधार पर किया जाएगा। अंकों को दो दशमलव स्थानों तक राउंड किया जाएगा। अपात्र पाए गए उम्मीदवार चयन प्रक्रिया से बाहर होंगे। भर्ती प्राधिकरण का निर्णय अंतिम होगा।
