- Candidates must possess M.Phil/Ph.D degree from recognized universities.

Selection Process / चयन प्रक्रिया
The selection will be made on the same day as per the meeting of the selection committee based on merit. The minutes of the meeting shall record the scoring proforma and recommendations. A panel of selected and waitlisted candidates will be prepared and signed by all members of the committee.
