MSTC is recruiting for Management Trainee posts divided into two cadres:
- General Cadre: 14 Posts
- Finance Cadre: 23 Posts
Eligibility Criteria / पात्रता मानदंड
General Cadre / जनरल कैडर
- B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, IT, Computer Science or MCA with minimum 60% marks from a recognized university/institute.
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Humanities, Science, Commerce, Engineering, Law, IT, Business Administration with minimum 60% marks.
- Degree or Postgraduate Degree in Law with minimum 60% marks.
Finance Cadre / फाइनेंस कैडर
- Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (CA) / Cost and Management Accountants (CMA).
- MBA (Finance) from a recognized university/institute.
Age Limit / आयु सीमा
The age of applicants must be below 28 years as of the last date of application. Age relaxation will be given as per government rules for reserved categories.
Salary Details / वेतन विवरण
Selected candidates will receive a salary on the E-1 scale, ranging from ₹50,000 to ₹1,60,000 with a CTC of approximately ₹14.50 lakhs per annum. In addition to the basic pay, candidates are entitled to Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), and other perks as per company norms.

- SC/ST/PWD candidates: No application fee
Selection Process / चयन प्रक्रिया
The complete selection will be conducted in three stages:
- Computer Based Test (CBT): Candidates must qualify in the CBT with minimum cutoffs (40 percentile for General, 35 percentile for SC/ST/PWD) to be eligible for the next round.
- Group Discussion (GD): Shortlisted candidates will be called for GD in a ratio of 1:10 based on CBT performance.
- Personal Interview: Candidates qualifying GD with required percentile (same as CBT) will be called for an interview in a ratio of 1:5.
Final selection will be based on combined scores of CBT, GD, and Interview.
