Eligibility Criteria / योग्यता
1. Senior Administrative Officer Grade I (Level 12)
Qualification: Post-Graduate Degree or MBA or Engineering Degree with Diploma in Management + Computer proficiency.
Experience: Minimum 12 years relevant administrative experience with 3 years at Level 11 or 6 years at Level 10 in Govt./PSU/Academic institutions.
Additional: Strong communication, resource management skills, knowledge of Govt. regulations, and e-office management.
2. Senior Administrative Officer Grade II (Level 11)
Qualification: Similar to Grade I posts.
Experience: Minimum 10 years relevant experience with 3 years at Level 10 in Government or reputed organizations.
Additional: Good command on communication and administration.
3. Administrative Officer (Level 10)
Qualification: PG or Engineering Degree with management diploma and computer knowledge.
Experience: Minimum 8 years post qualification administrative experience, with 5 years in supervisory role.
Languages: Working knowledge of Hindi preferred.
4. Junior Systems Engineer Grade II (Level 6)
Qualification: B.Sc (CS/IT)/BCA or B.E/B.Tech in relevant fields.
Experience: Minimum 6 years relevant experience in Government or PSU ICT environments.
Certifications: CCNP, Fortinet NSE 4, MCSE or equivalent preferred.
Additional: Skills in network and security management essential.
5. Junior Assistant Hindi (Level 4)
Qualification: Bachelor's degree with Hindi and English as compulsory or elective subjects.
Experience: Minimum 4 years related Hindi typing, translation and terminology experience.
Additional: Proficiency in MS Office and web conferencing tools required.
6. Junior Accountant (Level 4)
Qualification: Bachelor's in Commerce with computer knowledge OR any degree with Inter-CA/Inter-ICWA and computer skills.
Experience: At least 4 years relevant accounts experience.
Additional: Must have Tally certification and computer proficiency.
Age Limit / आयु सीमा
- Senior Administrative Officer Grade I: Up to 55 years (अधिकतम 55 वर्ष)
- Senior Administrative Officer Grade II: Up to 50 years (अधिकतम 50 वर्ष)
- Administrative Officer: Up to 45 years (अधिकतम 45 वर्ष)

- Junior Assistant Hindi: Up to 32 years (अधिकतम 32 वर्ष)
- Junior Accountant: Up to 32 years (अधिकतम 32 वर्ष)
Age relaxation applicable as per Government of India norms for reserved categories.

- SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen/Women: Exempted
Fee once paid will not be refunded. Candidates claiming exemption must provide valid documents.
